Returns Policy

I want you to love the artwork you receive. If there are ever any problems, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Original Paintings
You have 14 days from receiving your painting to let me know if you’ve changed your mind. I’ll happily arrange a refund once the artwork is returned in its original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece is damaged or faulty.

Prints (Made to Order)
Each print is made especially for you, so I’m unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact me within 7 days (with photos if possible) and I’ll replace it or issue a refund.

This policy is designed to be fair and in line with your statutory rights.
